Bill Aguiar has been involved in the role-playing and miniatures wargaming industries for 15 years. He's also a lifelong fan of comic books, science fiction, fantasy or otherwise out of the mainstream. Anime and manga first caught his eye back in the late 80s.
Somewhere along the way, he also picked up a bachelor's and master's in political science, focusing on third world development issues.
